It's WARRIOR DAY WEEK! No day is more exciting on campus than Warrior Day! It is a day of celebrating our shared life as Warriors. A day of fun, games, friendship, competition, and community. It is a highlight of the year. Houses are combined to create a Navy and a White team, and the battles begin! This is our 9th Warrior Day, and we expect it to be our very best! Come join us and be a part of the tradition.

XC Practice Schedule & Attendance Reminder
Practice this week will be held on Monday and THURSDAY. No practice Friday due to Warrior Day. Please remember it is the parent’s responsibility to notify Coach Webb or Coach McCleskey if your athlete will miss practice. It is the athlete’s responsibility to make up missed practices on their own. We understand things come up, but consistent communication is key!
XC Meet Details– Sept. 30
Our Warriors will travel to Nashville City Park (1301 W. Johnson St., Nashville, AR) for the meet on Teusday, Sept. 30. Races begin at 3:30 p.m. with JG and continue with rolling starts. We will not stop for dinner afterward, but athletes may pack a snack or meal to eat before leaving the park.

Pee Wee Basketball
Hey Pee Wee Warrior Parents! Let’s get ready for a great season of peewee basketball! Complete your registration forms and pary fees in the front office or online. As always, we are a small school and need all of our kids to play, if they are physically able, so help us get the kids signed up and encouraged to play. Work Hard, Play Hard!
Legacy 4H Meeting--This Wednesday
Our first 4-H meeting of the year is this week -- October 1st in the Legacy Academy cafeteria. The meeting will begin immediately after school. Parents, please pick up your student no later that 4:15. All current members and anyone interested in joining are welcome. If turnout is good, we’ll hold elections for club officers. Don’t miss out on the fun and activities planned for this year!
Warrior Day THIS FRIDAY– October 3, 2025
Get ready for a full day of fun, friendly competition, and school spirit as we celebrate what it means to be a Warrior! Students will enjoy games, challenges, and activities all day long. We need volunteers to help make this day a success—if you’re available, please call the office to sign up. Students will receive their Warrior Day shirts the day before and should wear them with regular uniform bottoms (pants, shorts, or skirts). Show your Warrior pride with face paint and temporary hair color!
The day will be packed with fun: a dance-off, a staff door-decorating contest, nonstop games, challenges, and more. We also need volunteers to help make the day amazing—call the office to sign up. Let’s make this Warrior Day unforgettable!
National Honor Society Induction – October 6
Congratulations to our newest members! The NHS Induction Ceremony will be held on Monday, October 6, at 2:15 PM in the Legacy Academy Auditorium. We look forward to celebrating the achievements and dedication of these outstanding students!
Fall Break - October 9-10
Fall Break is October 9-10 -- No school! Enjoy!
Flu Shots on Campus -- October 14
The Arkansas Department of Health will be on campus giving flu shots on Monday, October 14. Flu consent forms will be sent home next week—please watch for them! Completed forms with a parent/guardian signature must be returned to the office by Friday, October 3. Only students with a signed consent form will receive a flu shot that day.

Picture Day is almost here! Make sure your student comes picture-ready!

Weekly Assembly
Every Monday at 2:15 pm, we will have our school-wide weekly worship and assembly. Parents are always welcome to attend!

Family Picnic Recap
What a beautiful evening we shared at the Family Picnic last Tuesday! Families gathered with blankets, chairs, and picnic suppers in hand for a relaxed time of food, games, and laughter. The best part? There was no agenda—just space to slow down, enjoy one another’s company, and soak in the blessings of friendship and community.
From conversations to yard games to sweet treats, it was a joyful reminder of how good it is to simply be together. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it so special—and to those who couldn’t make it, we missed you!
