Junior & Senior High Track Meet, Saturday, March 14th-Conway
We will also have a Junior/Senior meet in Conway on Saturday, March 14. Track members will need to be at the school no later than 5:00 A.M.
Let’s start the season strong! If your athlete will not be able to attend any of these meets, please let Coach Webb know ASAP. We must register and pay for athletes in advance, and sometimes one athlete is the deciding factor in whether we can enter a relay team. It is very important that we know ahead of time if your athlete cannot attend.
Please review the live schedule on the website and notify the coach if any conflicts arise.
We are also considering a meet on March 28 in Conway. If your athlete would be interested in traveling back to Conway that weekend, please let the coach know so we can determine if we have enough athletes to enter.
Below you’ll find the linked schedule. If you have any questions, please reach out to Coach Webb or Coach Garner.

EFA Renewals & Applications -- Open March 9th!
The Education Freedom Account (EFA) renewal and application process for the 2026–2027 school year opens March 9 and runs through June 1, 2026. We strongly encourage families to complete this as soon as possible to ensure there are no interruptions to next year’s funding.
Renewals (Current EFA Students)
Families with students already approved for EFA must complete a renewal survey in ClassWallet to continue receiving funding next year. Beginning March 9, families will see a pop-up in ClassWallet that says “Action Required: Pending Survey.” You may choose “Complete Now” or “Remind Me Later,” but the reminder will continue appearing each time you log in until the survey is completed.
Please note:
A separate survey is required for each student account if you have multiple students in EFA.
You will be asked to confirm next year’s grade level and school.
All questions must be completed before submitting the survey.
New EFA Applicants
Students who are new to the EFA program must complete an application through FACTS, also beginning March 9.If you need assistance with the renewal or application process, please contact Mrs. Hernandez or Mrs. Kesterson in the front office.

Highlights of the Past Week
Read Across America Celebration 📚
Our students had a wonderful time celebrating Read Across America this week!
Classrooms were filled with excitement as students enjoyed special read-alouds, fun activities, and time spent exploring great books. It was a great opportunity to remind our students how fun and important reading can be.
A special thank you to all of the community members, families, and guests who came to read to our students. We truly appreciate you helping make this celebration so special and inspiring a love of reading in our kids!
Warriors Participate in NCSAA Tournament
Our Senior boys traveled to Xenia, Ohio, to participate in the National Christian School Athletic Association's national postseason basketball tournament. We won and lost games. And while we didn't finish with a banner or a trophy, it was an excellent time where we wrapped the season up strong for senior James Bartek and saw our freshman players step up big. The work they do this summer is going to pay off for us on the court next year!
Congrats to Our All - Star Basketball Players
Congratulations to the Warriors and Lady Warriors who were selected for the
2026 All-Star Game!
Senior James Bartek
Ranked #8 in Arkansas for rebounds per game
Senior Skylar Alexander
Ranked in the top 15 in Arkansas rebounds, total free throws, and points per game
Junior Manolo Vázquez
Scored 634 points this season
Sophomore Silas Lofton
#1 in Arkansas for 84 successful 3-pointers
Sophomore Libbie Bartek
Ranked top 5 in Arkansas for rebounds per game and points per game
We are so proud of their hard work this season and can't wait to watch them play March 28th with the rest of the All-Star teams!
Legacy Wellness Challenge
The Legacy Student Wellness Challenge is underway! This schoolwide health initiative is teaching students to build healthy habits through movement, hydration, rest, and wise nutrition as part of learning the biblical principle of stewarding their bodies well. These daily disciplines support stronger bodies, clearer minds, and Christlike character.
Parents are invited to join us at Monday assemblies, where the leading House for the week will be announced, and you can see what students are working on! We’re excited to partner with families as we encourage students to grow stronger every day.
Weekly Wellness Tips
Did you know that even mild dehydration can affect focus and energy levels? Losing just 1–2% of the body’s water can reduce concentration and increase fatigue. Encourage your student to start the day with a full glass of water and carry a water bottle throughout the day—a simple habit that helps fuel both body and mind.
Weekly Assembly
Every Monday at 2:15 pm, we will have our school-wide weekly worship and assembly. Parents are always welcome to attend!
Don't forget that every Thursday at 7:50 am Mr. Gallagher is a guest on KDQN 92.1's morning show, The Morning Brew. This time is dedicated to talking about Legacy Academy and encouraging area parents in raising children with Biblical values. Tune in.
