Don’t Miss Your EFA Renewal!
Time is ticking! Make sure to renew your EFA application as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions in your benefits. Renewing early ensures you stay covered and keeps your application on track—don’t wait until the last minute!

A separate survey is required for each student account if you have multiple students in EFA.
You will be asked to confirm next year’s grade level and school.
All questions must be completed before submitting the survey.

Students who are new to the EFA program must complete an application through FACTS, also beginning March 9.If you need assistance with the renewal or application process, please contact Mrs. Hernandez or Mrs. Kesterson in the front office.
Summer Schedule Coming This Week!
Parents, we are happy to announce that we will again offer some summer camps at Legacy Academy this year. We hope your students will participate in as many as they can to stay involved and connected. We love seeing students on campus during the summer for service hours, camps, and ball practice. If you want to volunteer for some camps, please let the office know of your skills, interests, and availability. We aim to have a Summer Schedule out next week!
Attendance
A reminder that students are considered tardy if they are not in class by 8:00 a.m. Individual attendance records were included with the report cards sent home Friday, so this is a good time to review your student’s current record. Tardies can be disruptive not only for the individual student but for the class as a whole. Consistent attendance and arriving on time are important parts of student success, and we want to partner with you to help each student thrive.

Wellness Challenge Update
Our Health Challenge is off to a great start! It’s been so encouraging to see everyone jumping in, staying consistent, and supporting one another.
Fortis is still holding the lead this week—way to go! But it’s a tight race, and the other Warrior Houses are right on their heels.
Current Standings:
Fortis – 44.8
Fidelis – 40.2
Invicta – 40.1
Veritas – 39.6
With scores this close, anything could change next week! Keep showing up, making intentional choices, and encouraging one another—every point counts.
Did You Know?
Just 10–15 minutes of morning sunlight can boost your energy, improve your mood, and help you sleep better at night.
Morning sunlight helps regulate your body’s internal clock (circadian rhythm), which can:
Boost focus during the day
Help kids settle down more easily at bedtime
Improve overall sleep quality
Try this: Step outside in the morning while drinking your coffee, take a quick family walk, or simply stand in the yard for a few minutes. If possible, skip the sunglasses—your eyes need that natural light signal!
Weekly Assembly
Every Monday at 2:15 pm, we will have our school-wide weekly worship and assembly. Parents are always welcome to attend!
Don't forget that every Thursday at 7:50 am Mr. Gallagher is a guest on KDQN 92.1's morning show, The Morning Brew. This time is dedicated to talking about Legacy Academy and encouraging area parents in raising children with Biblical values. Tune in.
ACE Scholarships Now Open
ACE Scholarships are now open for eligible families. Scholarships are awarded based on household income. Families currently receiving an ACE Scholarship must reapply each year to continue receiving funding.
How to Apply or Renew:
Confirm your family meets ACE income eligibility guidelines
Identify an ACE partner private school
Complete the school’s application and enrollment process
Complete the ACE Scholarships application, and upload required documents (prior-year 1040 tax return, child support, SNAP, etc.)
Applications may be started, saved, and completed later, but must be fully submitted by April 15 to be considered. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the school office.
Re-Enrollment for 2026–2027 is now open!
We are already prayerfully planning for the 2026–2027 school year and would love to know your family’s intentions. If you anticipate your student returning to Legacy Academy, please take a moment to complete the Re-Enrollment Application by March 6th. Your response helps us plan effectively for classes, staffing, and resources. We are grateful for your continued partnership!
Make it a WIN-WIN: If a new family enrolls new students and lists you as the referral reason they are applying, then you will receive a $250 credit in the Warrior Shop for the next school year!
We are Hiring!
For NEXT YEAR: We are looking to add teachers in the Upper Level and Lower Level. We
are also hiring an additional para-professional to tutor in the Empowerment Lab.
