Founder's Note:
As the ice melts and we move strongly into the second semester of our 18th year, I am thinking how important it is that we all remain faithful. Parents, teachers, staff, and students—we must remain steadfast in our love for Christ and faithful to the call and mission of the Lord. Parents, your faithfulness in nurturing your children's spiritual life at home sets the foundation for everything we do here at Legacy Academy. It is the most important thing you do in life. In a world that often pulls in opposite directions, your consistent love for God, your daily example of devotion, and your commitment to raising Warriors for Christ are profoundly powerful. We see the fruit of that faithfulness in your children every day, and we are grateful for your partnership.
As a school community, we promise to be faithful alongside you: faithful in teaching truth, faithful in modeling Christ-like character, and faithful in stewarding the trust you place in us. We will be faithful in growing, changing, learning, and overcoming. We have this promise: "Oh, love the Lord, all you His saints! For the Lord preserves the faithful..." Psalm 31:23
May the Lord preserve and strengthen us all as we renew our commitment to faithfully love and serve Him.

Carnival of Culture
We are excited to announce that our Carnival of Culture will take place on February 24th from 2:00–3:00 PM! This event is designed to bring together our classical education approach across all grade levels, connecting students through shared learning in history, literature—both real world and fictional—and cultures from around the globe.
Our aim is to deepen students’ understanding, foster compassion, and broaden their knowledge of both God and the world He has made. Each class will participate in unique ways, exploring a different culture or time period through hands-on activities, history connections, and literature-based learning.
Families are invited to attend! We will begin in the cafeteria at 2:00 PM with a short introduction and directions before students guide you through their cultural stations.
Teachers will send specific instructions or requests related to your student(s) through Remind, so please keep an eye on your messages for class-level details.
Thank you for your support—we look forward to celebrating this enriching school-wide experience together!
Highlights of the Past Week
Snow Much Fun!
Snow days = core memories ❄️ Even though we were closed for the majority of the week due to ice, our students made the most of it with smiles, sledding, and lots of laughter!
Weekly Assembly
Every Monday at 2:15 pm, we will have our school-wide weekly worship and assembly. Parents are always welcome to attend!
Don't forget that every Thursday at 7:50 am Mr. Gallagher is a guest on KDQN 92.1's morning show, The Morning Brew. This time is dedicated to talking about Legacy Academy and encouraging area parents in raising children with Biblical values. Tune in.
