LA News -- Back to School!

Open House -- Tuesday, August 27 6pm

Open House will take place on Tuesday, August 27 at 6pm. This will be an opportunity for students to come and meet their teachers, bring their supplies, find their classrooms and Upper Level lockers, and get themselves ready for the school year!


First Day of School -- Thursday, August 29

The First Day of School is Thursday!

There will be stations for pictures starting at 7:30am. If you would like to be a volunteer to help take family photos, please contact Mrs. Wright (hannah.wright@legacymail.org). Thanks!


After Party -- Friday, August 30

Mr. & Mrs. Wright are hosting an after-party at their house on Friday evening for all Freshmen-Senior students. It will start at 7pm and include a bonfire and games. You can bring lawn chairs, ingredients for s'mores, snacks, and games along with you!


Labor Day -- Monday, September 2

School will be closed on Labor Day. Enjoy the long weekend before we start back on Tuesday morning!


Family Night & Color Run -- Saturday, September 7

Join us for our annual Family Night and Color Run on Saturday, September 7th at 5 PM!

The festivities kick off with a meal and a variety of fun games for community spirit and family bonding. Don’t forget to save some of that competitive energy for the Color Run.


This event is all about uplifting our families there will be a meal accepting donations. All funds raised will support our XC team as they ramp up for their second season!


We can't wait to see you there for a night of fun, laughter, and community!


Work Days & Service Hours

There is plenty of work to do all around campus to help get it ready for the year. We can't do it all without your help! Any help you can give this week is appreciated.


SERVICE HOURS OPPORTUNITY: High school students should check with the office to see what tasks can be done any day from now until school starts. Freshman-Seniors can come to campus any days this week and receive assignments.

Curriculum Fees -- Past Due

Parents, as we are getting ready to start the new school year, we want to remind you that the curriculum fee was due August 15. Curriculum fees must be paid for students to begin school on Thursday.


K-12 -- $200

Pre-K -- $100


You can pay it online (K-12 or Pre-K) or come by the office.

Yearbooks for Sale

Yearbooks for both 2022-23 and 2023-24 are now on sale on the LA online store! They are $20 each and will be available for pick-up later in the summer.



We are Hiring & Enrolling!

We are still hoping to hire additional daycare workers. If you have a recommendation please let us know and help us spread the word.




Tuition Scholarship Information

EFA Applications have REOPENED.

If you think you are eligible and have not yet applied, please contact Mrs. Kesterson at the school office (cynthia.kesterson@legacymail.org).



Philanthropic Scholarships

PIAK is now open, families can apply with this link. This scholarship applies to any students transferring from a public school to a private school for the first time or entering into Kindergarten for the first time (must turn 5 before August 1st) AND whose family’s income is no more than 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
