In the Homestretch--Orientation & Open House is Thursday, 6pm

Legacy Family, we are in the homestretch for beginning a new year. Classes begin next Monday and we will have an important Orientation and Open House this Thursday.

THANK YOU!

Again, you have overwhelmed us with your hard work and faithful support of the vision. Every summer we have had so many projects (maybe some day we won't!) and every summer our families step up to the plate. Parents, teachers, and students have all worked so hard. It's humbling and beautiful. Thank you so much! We still have several things to do between now and Thursday evening so feel free to drop by for a while to pitch in.

ORIENTATION & OPEN HOUSE--THURSDAY, 6pm, WARRIOR GYM

Orientation will be held in the gym this year to allow for social distancing; don't worry we have AC now! Families are asked to sit in the stands in family groups and please separate from others. Please wear a mask if you cannot stay 6 feet away from others. Each family will have a packet with student schedules, handbooks, and other important handouts. We will all gather initially in the gym and then be dismissed in small groups to go and tour the school and allow the students to see their classrooms. Uniforms may be purchased or picked up in the Warrior shop. Hand sanitizer stations will be set up. We will review the upcoming year, our Covid policies, introduce new teachers, and show off campus improvements! It is important for all families to be represented at Orientation.

As we look with eagerness toward a new school year, we know that the pandemic can cause some apprehension. We want you to know that we are going to do all we can possibly do to make it a great year for your students. We will strongly value safety AND normalcy. Above all, we will place our trust the Lord to navigate us through each day as it comes.

Psalms 33: 18 "Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope for His lovingkindness, 19 To deliver their soul from death And to keep them alive in famine. 20 Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield."

Truly, He is our hope and our shield, no matter what is going on in the earth. He is the One to keep us alive. He is the one who delivers us. So let us walk in wisdom but ultimately let us rest in His lovingkindness and focus on pleasing Him.
