FIELD TRIP --Little Rock, Education event with Governor Sanders Monday 1/23

A charter bus provided by The Reform Alliance will pick up our 5th-12th graders for a special trip to Little Rock about school choice and education policy. Governor Sanders will be the featured guest, lunch will be provided at no cost, and we will have a tour of the State Capitol building before heading back.

Please be reminded that the school policy, as outlined in the handbook that all school trips are considered normal school days. These trips are not to be skipped and participation is expected by all students. If you are a parent who can also attend as a chaperone, please contact Mrs. Garner today at rachel.garner@legacymail.org. Students will not be permitted to take tablets or extra devices on the trip. School policy about phones being kept away during the school day will be the same as usual and enforced. Students should wear school uniforms. They will not need any money for the trip.


Monday, 5pm: PeeWee GAMES v. Garrett Memorial

Games will play in this order. Players should be at the gym at 4:30 pm.

3/4 Girls, 3/4 Boys, 5/6 Girls, 5/6 Boys


Tuesday, 6:30pm SG/SB AWAY Games--Battiest, Oklahoma

The bus will leave at 4:15 pm.


Thursday, 5pm--Basketball Senior Night, Games v. Oden

On Thursday night we will have home games v. Oden. JB, SG, SB will play. The evening will begin at 5pm. It will be a special night as we salute our two seniors: #14 Senior Lady Warriors Captain Dori Bartek and #22 Senior Warriors Captain Ethan Gallagher. Please feel free to bring a note or card for these athletes related to their time, effort, and energy invested in our Legacy basketball program! They are both pioneers.

1/30 Monday, 4pm: Girls Game 1 in Magnolia v. Trinity (play again Friday if win)

1/31 Tuesday, 6:15pm: Boys v winner of Life Christian/Lakewood @Union Christian in Fort Smith. (play again Friday if win)


Congrats Junior Boys--Umpire Junior High Tournament Winners

Congrats to our Junior Boys for their hard-fought victory over a very competitive championship game with Mineral Springs in the Umpire junior high tournament Saturday! The Warriors won 46-42. It was a great effort by the boys for all four quarters.
