Summer Camps
Check out our summer events schedule! We have organized an array of different activities for students to attend this summer! If your student is interested in any of these summer events please complete the registration form as soon as possible. Many of these require advanced notice for ordering supplies and other planning. You can always fill out another form if you decide join another fun summer activity!
If your student is interested in Theater Camp, please register by June 7th to receive music tracks and scripts needed for audition preparation.
All registration fees can be paid online or in the front office before the event date.

Report Cards & Profiles have been sent home.
Twice a year, teachers collaborate to write Student Profiles. Our aim is to give parents another window into the life of their student at school and to provide insight that can equip parents to help and encourage their student's growth. These were mailed out to families at the end of last week.
If you have any questions, contact your child's teacher or the school office.
Goodness & Grace Camp -- Tu-Th June 4-6
Legacy's Goodness & Grace camp is for all ladies entering 5th grade and up, and it will be taking place from Tuesday, June 4th to Thursday, June 6th. The cost is $25 for the three days and includes lunch.
The Camp is in need of sewing machines for the afternoon sessions. If you have a sewing machine you would be willing to lend us for these days or that you would like to donate to the school for future classes, please contact Mrs. Webb at hanna.webb@legacymail.org.

Honor & Awards Ceremony
The Honor and Awards Ceremony in our last week of school was a great evening to reflect on the past year and to honor that which was worthy of honor. "Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things" (Philippians 4:8).
The night began with our Kindergarten promotion and then moved on to celebrating the character, effort and diligence, athletic achievement, and hard work of our students. Special congratulations go to Maddie Lowrey, who was the recipient of this year's Legacy Honor Award.
Commencement Ceremony
Legacy Academy celebrated its graduation ceremony on Friday, May 17, a significant event that honored our students' spiritual growth, character development, and steadfast commitment to personal transformation. The Legacy Academy class of 2024 is Madyson Elaine Lowrey, Joseph Martin McCullough, and Brett Kent Talley.
Our fourth graduating class marked a milestone for the students, who have thrived in an environment rooted in the values and teachings of the Bible. Despite the complexities and confusions of modern culture, we are so proud of each of these three, who are living testaments of the school’s mission to provide a values-based education that is both time-tested and secure. Each of them has grown academically, but far more than that, they have also demonstrated remarkable growth in their integrity, character, and confidence.

Campus Help Needed
Summertime weather is here, and it is time for mowing and weed-eating again. Please contact the office and help us this week!
We also have a list of maintenance needs on-campus that range from changing lightbulbs and hanging up signs to welding. If you are able to help with any of these campus projects, please call the office.
Also, we hope to hire a part-time or full-time maintenance person for campus. Help us find the perfect candidate!

If you have not yet done so, please complete your application for re-enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year. Current families have priority consideration in enrollment. Please submit your re-enrollment form if you have not yet done so.

Philanthropic Scholarships
PIAK is now open, families can apply with this link. This scholarship applies to any students transferring from a public school to a private school for the first time or entering into Kindergarten for the first time (must turn 5 before August 1st) AND whose family’s income is no more than 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
