February 21 School News

Updated: Feb 24, 2020

Senior Ball Game

On Tuesday February 25, we will host our first Senior Night, where we will salute senior players on our Warriors basketball team! It's an exciting night as we establish a new school tradition. It will be a momentous evening and we are asking that all students, parents, and family members attend on this special night.

Our basketball parents will be providing a chili supper for everyone, with the proceeds going towards the Bivins family.

Athletic parents, please complete the following form to sign up to help with catering and decorating on Tuesday: https://forms.gle/4egMJKmcwuVGiRrg6.

If you are able to help at the concession stand during the game, please let Ms Fisk know. We still need a few more volunteers for this final game.

Tuesday, will also be Warrior Spirit Day since it will be our last home game of the year. All students may wear Warrior gear shirts, paint their faces, and their hair all day at school on Tuesday. Students must still wear uniform pants, shorts, or skirts.

Let's make it a great school day and a big fun night cheering on the Warriors and saluting our senior basketball player!

On Friday February 28 is the final basketball game of the season. It is away at Ambassador Christian in Malvern. There are only boys games happening and the JV game will start at 4:00.

School Photos

On Friday February 28, we will be having our annual school photos taken. Students should wear normal school uniform and look their very best! Please keep an eye out for forms which will be distributed next week.

Bivins Family

Earlier this week the Bivins family lost their home to a fire, which totally destroyed the house. Fortunately nobody was hurt in the incident!

We will be raising money for the family during the senior game and donations can also be made on the school website or in person at the school office to help and support them in any way we can as a community. Look out for ways to bless them over the next few weeks!
